🌸 Policies & Studio Guidelines I created these policies to protect your time, my time, and to keep the studio running smoothly for all Estie Besties ✨ ⸻ ❌ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Life happens — I totally understand. Please do your best to avoid canceling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service total • No exceptions This policy ensures fairness, respects everyone’s time, and allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy If you’re running behind, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. • 0–9 minutes late: Grace period, no fee • 10–14 minutes late: A $15 late fee will be applied • 15+ minutes late: Appointment must be canceled and rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee Please note: Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to avoid impacting the next client. ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy No-shows are taken seriously, as they prevent other clients from booking and disrupt the studio schedule. • After three (3) no-shows, clients will no longer be permitted to book appointments online • Future bookings may require manual approval or prepayment ⸻ 💳 Payments Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Zelle Please note: A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all card transactions. ⸻ 🌡️ Sick Policy If you’re experiencing cold, flu, or any contagious symptoms, please reschedule. I reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive visibly ill — in which case cancellation fees may still apply. This protects my health, your health, and every client who enters the studio. ⸻ 🧼 Service Satisfaction No refunds on services or products. However, if you’re ever unhappy with your service, please reach out within 72 hours for a complimentary touch-up — I genuinely want you to leave feeling your best. ⸻ 👯‍♀️ Guests & Children Policy You’re welcome to bring a guest!
